Matrics Uploaded is off on a nationwide tour of Mzansi this year.  The Class of 2012 will get the chance to meet the Matrics Uploaded team at various Youth Centres throughout the country where visitors will learn how to become Citizen Journalists.  Visit a Youth Centre near you to learn all about Citizen Journalism. Onverwacht community celebrate Madiba Day

Madiba magic is still going strong. Even though it was a couple of days late, the Cullinan Chamber of Commerce, the Living Land crew, SABC Education and the Gauteng North Fly Fishing Club came together on Saturday to give their 67 minutes for Mandela by cleaning the brook running through the land of the Onverwacht community.

SABC - Official Broadcaster of 2012 Olympic Games

Johannesburg, Thursday 19 July 2012 -The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), will deliver the 2012 London Olympics across 3 TV Channels, SABC 1,2 & 3 for the first time since returning to the Olympic family in 1992.  The new transversal strategy means that the corporation can exploit the 11 Multi-digital feeds incoming from London everyday. The broadcast will centre on SABC 2 as the home of the Olympics with other channels aligned. SABC 2 will broadcast the Opening Ceremony on the 27th of July at 21:30 until 01:45 and the closing Ceremony on the 12th of August.
