A number of countries have and are in the process of banning toys guns. Little boys and girls have played with toy guns for generations in games like cops and robbers and cowboys and Indians. These games wouldn’t have been half the fun if the toy guns were missing.

To editorially plan, control, Guide, and develop Education specific programmes informal (not curriculum – aligned) content for Tweens, Teens and Youth.
Assist the team in creating a programming portfolio for SABC Education which provides information & makes a difference in the lives of the viewers or audience, while being globally relevant and competitive across all genres and disciplines of programming which target the Youth Market from Tweens to Young Adults.
Ensure that all Youth Education Programming meet technical and creative standards as set out by the SABC Policies and Strategies.
