Mandela responding well to treatment: Maharaj

Presidential spokesperson Mac Maharaj says former President Nelson Mandela is responding to treatment he's receiving at the One Military Hospital in Pretoria.  Mandela is being treated for a recurring lung infection. The presidency says doctors have concluded the tests they have been conducting on Mandela.
